Goovo Technologies Data Deletion Policy

If you have connected your Instagram account or registered with Goovo Technologies through goovo.in, organisation.goovo.in, or any related services, you can request deletion of all your personal data and any information collected or processed by Goovo Technologies by following these steps:

How to Delete Your Data
Choose from the following methods to delete your data

Via Dashboard

  1. 1Log in to your Goovo Technologies account.
  2. 2Go to Account Settings.
  3. 3Select "Delete Account" or "Disconnect Instagram."
  4. 4Confirm the deletion request. All associated data will be promptly removed from our systems.

By Email

  • Send an email request for data deletion to: privacy@goovo.in
  • Please include your registered email address or Instagram ID.
  • Our privacy team will confirm your identity and remove your data within 7 business days.

Disconnection of Instagram

If you only want to disconnect Instagram, visit your dashboard, select "Disconnect Instagram," and confirm.

All message access, bot integration, and Instagram data will be permanently deleted from Goovo Technologies.

What Gets Deleted?
Complete list of data that will be removed from our systems

Account Information

All account profile information, email, phone, and authentication records.

Instagram Data

All associated Instagram data, including profile, follower count, messages, and bot logs.

Event & Booking Records

All event/booking records not required for ongoing legal, financial, or audit obligations.
