These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and platforms operated by Goovo Technologies (“Goovo Technologies”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including but not limited to goovo.in, organisation.goovo.in, and any related applications or integrations. By using Goovo services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Organizers may connect their Instagram Professional accounts to Goovo to capture leads and manage conversations. You are responsible for any actions taken through these integrations.

2. Service Usage
  • Goovo provides tools to manage events, ticketing, bookings, attendee communication, and Instagram lead automation.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including creating spam leads, exploiting bugs, or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Instagram messaging and DM features should be used responsibly. Automated messages are to handle inquiries only; abuse may result in suspension.
  • All content you upload, including event info and media, must not violate copyright, intellectual property, or applicable laws.
3. Instagram Integration

Goovo may access Instagram Professional account data, including profile info, messages, and analytics, only with explicit user authorization.

  • DMs and comments are captured solely for lead management and bot interaction purposes.
  • Data is displayed in your Goovo dashboard; we do not share or sell Instagram data to third parties.
  • Disconnecting your Instagram account immediately revokes bot access and stops message collection.
4. Payments & Transactions

Organizers are responsible for accurate pricing, ticket availability, and refunds. Goovo facilitates payments and payouts but is not responsible for disputes between organizers and attendees beyond platform support.

5. Prohibited Conduct
  • Spamming, flooding, or abusing Instagram messaging or Goovo platform features.
  • Using Goovo services to violate laws or infringe on others’ rights.
  • Manipulating events, bookings, or bot features for unfair advantage.
6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Goovo services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data collected, including from Instagram, is used to provide services, send notifications, and for analytics. Users retain rights to access, update, or delete their data.

7. Limitation of Liability
Goovo Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, including Instagram automation, bookings, or event management. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for illegal/unethical behavior. Users may terminate accounts at any time, but data collected will be retained per our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, India.
