By accessing or using any Goovo Technologies product or platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

• To provide, personalize, and administer Goovo Technologies platforms, features, and services
• To enable organizer and attendee accounts, event management, discovery, bookings, ticketing, and payments
• To operate the Instagram bot, only as authorized by you, including reading/responding to DMs and displaying relevant dashboard stats
• To send notifications, transaction alerts, support, and service updates; marketing communications as permitted (with opt-out)
• To monitor, analyze, and improve platform usage, security, and reliability
• For troubleshooting, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of our Terms

• Goovo Technologies does not sell your personal information.
• Limited event and attendee/organizer data is shared only for legitimate event, support, and booking purposes.
• Instagram data and DMs are accessed exclusively for feature functioning, never for third-party marketing or analytics.
• Trusted service providers (e.g., payment gateways, cloud hosting, analytics partners) only receive necessary data for service provision under confidentiality agreements.
• Data may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
• Aggregate, anonymized information may be shared with partners, advertisers, or for statistical purposes.
• In the event of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition, user data may be included among transferred assets.

• Access, update, or correct your personal information at any time via account settings.
• Disconnect Instagram accounts to instantly deactivate messaging bot access/features.
• Request data deletion/account removal by contacting privacy@goovo.in.
• Opt out of marketing emails/SMS at any time using the provided unsubscribe options or by contacting support.

Goovo Technologies applies commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures (encryption, access control) to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute safety due to inherent internet risks.

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party sites (such as payment processors, Instagram, or organizer's web pages). Goovo Technologies is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers—please consult their policies separately.

Goovo Technologies platforms are not directed to children under 13. If you discover that a child under 13 has submitted personal data, contact us for immediate deletion.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for business, support, or legal needs. Deleted account data is removed promptly unless retention is required by law or regulations.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new "Effective Date" on all Goovo Technologies platforms. Continued use of Goovo services constitutes acceptance of updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
